LITERATURE ANALYSIS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' CREATIVE THINKING ABILITY BASED ON ART PEDAGOGY
Abstract
In today's international educational practice, the main task of primary education is not limited to providing students with ready-made knowledge, but is determined by developing their competencies in understanding the text, interpreting it, thinking independently, imagining, putting forward different ideas, and expressing their thoughts creatively. In particular, the interrelationship of reading literacy and creative thinking is becoming one of the important areas of modern pedagogical research. In the OECD PISA-2022 study, creative thinking was studied for the first time as a separate assessment area, interpreted as the competence of creating different and original ideas, evaluating them, and improving them. In the study, students' creative activity was assessed through open tasks such as written and visual expression, creative solving of social and scientific problems.
