Abstract

Anotatsiya: Maqola yoshlar orasida ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning psixologik ta’sirini va ularning ruhiy salomatligiga ta’sirini o‘rganadi. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanish odatlari, virtual muloqot va doimiy onlayn faoliyatning yoshlarning kayfiyati, o‘zini baholashi, stress darajasi va ijtimoiy rivojlanishiga qanday ta’sir qilishi tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, ruhiy salomatlikni saqlash va ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan zararli ta’sirlarni kamaytirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
