Abstract
Raqamlashtirish jarayonidagi asosiy muammo – raqamli bo‘shliq, ya'ni "digital divide" mavzusi, zamonaviy jamiyatda muhim ahamiyatga ega.Raqamli bo‘shliq, asosan, axborot va kommunikatsiya texnologiyalariga (AKT) kirish imkoniyatidagi farqlarni anglatadi. Bu farqlar, o'z navbatida, ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va geografik omillar bilan bog'liq bo'lishi mumkin.
