Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda terak va tol xomashyosidan 1:1 nisbatda tayyorlangan o‘simlik aralashmasining suvda eruvchi vitaminlar tarkibi YuSSX yordamida tahlil qilindi. B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, PP va C vitaminlari aniqlanib, ularning miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. B12 vitamini mavjud emasligi qayd etildi. Natijalar ekstraktning inson salomatligi uchun suvda eruvchi vitaminlar manbai ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
