This article explores modern mechanisms for optimizing the structure of foreign economic activity and substantiates the possibilities of their application in the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan. In the context of globalization and rapid digital transformation, enhancing the efficiency of foreign economic relations has become a key factor in regional economic development. The study analyzes contemporary approaches to export diversification, digital trade facilitation, logistics modernization, investment attraction, and international market integration. Particular attention is paid to the economic potential of the Khorezm region, its export-oriented sectors, and opportunities for increasing competitiveness in global markets. Based on theoretical analysis and regional economic indicators, practical recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of foreign economic activity and ensure sustainable economic growth in the region.
