Abstract

Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic lung disease that may have systemic effects, including on distant organs such as the prostate gland. This study investigates the morphological and morphometric changes in the prostate gland of outbred white rats with experimentally induced pulmonary fibrosis across different age groups (3, 6, and 9 months) to elucidate potential fibrotic influences on prostate histology.
