Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada talabalarning bozor munosabatlariga moslashuv jarayonida motivatsiyaning ahamiyati nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida raqobatbardosh kadrlarni tayyorlashda ichki va tashqi motivatsiya omillarining o‘rni asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda shaxs ehtiyojlari, o‘zini ro‘yobga chiqarish va kasbiy o‘sishga intilish masalalari psixologik yondashuvlar asosida yoritilgan. Xususan, Abraham Maslowning ehtiyojlar iyerarxiyasi nazariyasi hamda zamonaviy mehnat bozori tendensiyalari, jumladan World Economic Forum hisobotlarida qayd etilgan kompetensiyalar tahliliga tayanilgan. Shuningdek, ta’lim jarayonida motivatsiyani oshirish mexanizmlari - innovatsion o‘qitish usullari, karyera rejalashtirish va tadbirkorlikni rag‘batlantirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada motivatsiya talabalarning iqtisodiy faolligi, kasbiy moslashuvi va bozor sharoitida muvaffaqiyat qozonishining muhim omili ekani xulosalangan.
