Abstract

Bugungi kunda dorivor o‘simliklar asosida biologik faol moddalarni aniqlash va ularning kimyoviy tarkibini o‘rganish farmatsevtika va tibbiyot sohalarida dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, fenol birikmalar yuqori antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va antimikrob xususiyatlari bilan ajralib turadi. Ushbu tadqiqotda terak (Populus alba) va tol (Salix) o‘simliklari aralashmasidan olingan etanol ekstrakti tarkibidagi asosiy fenol birikmalar yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YuSSX, HPLC) usuli yordamida aniqlash maqsad qilib olindi.

Fenol birikmalarni ekstraksiya qilish uchun namuna 96 % li etanolda ultratovushli vannada ishlov berildi. Tahlil Shimadzu LC-40 Nexera Lite YuSSX tizimida, teskari fazali Shim-pack GIST C18 kolonkasi yordamida amalga oshirildi. Harakatchan faza sifatida atsetonitril va 0,5 % li sirka kislotaning suvdagi eritmasidan iborat gradiyent tizim qo‘llanildi. Deteksiya 300 nm to‘lqin uzunligida olib borildi.

Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, ekstrakt tarkibida gall kislota, rutin, salisil kislota, kversetin va apigenin mavjudligi aniqlandi. Eng yuqori miqdor salisil kislotaga (38,053 mg/100 g) to‘g‘ri kelib, bu tol o‘simligining ushbu birikmaga boy ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Shuningdek, rutin (12,970 mg/100 g), apigenin (11,343 mg/100 g) va kversetin (6,195 mg/100 g) miqdorlarining aniqlanishi ekstraktning yuqori antioksidant salohiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Kempferol aniqlanmadi, bu uning namunadagi miqdori aniqlash chegarasidan past ekanligi bilan izohlanadi.

Olingan natijalar terak va tol aralashmasi ekstrakti fenol birikmalarga boy bo‘lib, ularning birgalikdagi sinergik ta’siri ekstraktning biologik faolligini oshirishini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu o‘simlik aralashmasini tabiiy yallig‘lanishga qarshi va antioksidant xususiyatlarga ega bo‘lgan dorivor preparatlar hamda funksional oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari ishlab chiqishda istiqbolli xomashyo sifatida tavsiya etish imkonini beradi.
