Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ayollarda stressni kamaytirishda jismoniy tarbiyaning roli o‘rganiladi. Maqolada mashqlar turlari, intensivligi, davomiyligi va chastotasi, shuningdek, jismoniy tarbiya orqali psixologik barqarorlikni oshirish, ruhiy holatni yaxshilash va umumiy sog‘liqni mustahkamlashdagi ijobiy natijalar tahlil qilinadi. Jismoniy faoliyatni tizimli va individual yondashuv bilan amalga oshirish orqali ayollarning stressga chidamliligi oshishi, ruhiy holati barqarorlashishi va hayot sifatining yaxshilanishi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
