Abstract

Ushbu maqolada futbol darvozabonlarining psixologik tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishda zamonaviy texnologiyalarni integratsiya qilish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda VR (virtual haqiqat), video-analitika, sensorli kiyimlar va harakat monitoringi kabi texnologiyalar yordamida darvozabonlarning stressga bardoshliligi, motivatsiyasi, refleks va tezkorlik ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish usullari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada texnologik integratsiya orqali individual vajamoaviy mashg‘ulotlarni optimallashtirish metodikasi ko‘rib chiqilgan.
