Maqolada sport tadbirlarini rejalashtirish va tashkil etish jarayonida talabalarning tashkiliy kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish masalasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, sport tadbirlarida faoliyat olib borish talabalarni tashkiliy, rejalashtirish va jamoaviy ishlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi. Shu orqali talabalar amaliy tajriba orttiradi, rahbarlik va guruhni boshqarish qobiliyatlarini egallaydi hamda muammolarni samarali hal qilishga o‘rgatiladi.
