Abstract

Zirk (Berberis vulgaris L.) - berberin, palmitin kabi alkaloidlarga boy dorivor o‘simlik bo‘lib, yurak-qon tomir tizimini qo‘llab-quvvatlash va antigipertenziv ta’siri bilan alohida o’rin egallaydi. Shuningdek, arslonquyruq o’simligi (Leonurus cardiaca L.) o’z tarkibida staxidrin va leonurin moddalari mavjud bo’lganligi sababli yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarida va asab tizimini tinchlantiruvchi vosita sifatida amaliyotda keng qo’llaniladi. Yuqorida keltirilgan dorivor o’simliklar asosida olingan qiyomning tarkibi zamonaviy va yuqori samarali mass-spektrometriya (LC/MS) usulida tahlil qilindi [1].
