Annotatsiya: Maqola universitet talabalari orasida ruhiy salomatlikni saqlashning ahamiyati va samarali psixologik yordam tizimlarini o‘rganadi. Talabalarda stress, tashvish, depressiya va motivatsiya pasayishi kabi ruhiy muammolarni aniqlash, ularni kamaytirish va oldini olishga qaratilgan strategiyalar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda psixologik maslahat, guruh treninglari, stressni boshqarish texnikalari va raqamli platformalar orqali qo‘llaniladigan yordam tizimlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola shuningdek, universitetlarda ruhiy salomatlikni mustahkamlash bo‘yicha ijtimoiy dasturlar va amaliy tavsiyalarni ham o‘z ichiga oladi.
