Annotatsiya Ushbu maqolada tortishish to‘lqinlari va ularning fizik asoslari, nazariy tushunchalari va kashf etilishi jarayoni batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Tortishish to‘lqinlari, kosmosdagi eng kuchli gravitatsion hodisalar tufayli yuzaga keladigan fazo va vaqtning to‘lqinli o‘zgarishlaridir. Ularning mavjudligi birinchi marta Albert Eynshteynning 1915-yilda yaratgan umumiy nisbiylik nazariyasida bashorat qilingan bo‘lsa-da, 2015-yilda LIGO tomonidan amalga oshirilgan kuzatuvlar orqali ilmiy jamoatchilik tomonidan tasdiqlandi. Bu kashfiyot koinotning fundamental qonuniyatlarini yanada chuqurroq tushunishga yordam berdi va astrofizikada yangi imkoniyatlar ochdi.
