TALABALARNING TA’LIM MUHITIDA O‘QUV MOTIVATSIYASINI SHAKLLANTIRISHNING PSIXOLOGIK MEXANIZMLARI: INTEGRATIV YONDASHUV

Maqolada talabalarda uchraydigan motivatsiya defitsitining psixologik va ijtimoiy mexanizmlari hamda uning o‘quv faoliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda A.A. Rean va V.A. Yakunin metodikasi asosida 385 nafar talaba (Termiz, Qo‘qon, Jizzax OTMlaridan) ishtirok etdi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ichki motivatsiya akademik yutuqlar bilan ijobiy bog‘liq (r = 0.56, p < 0.01), amotivatsiya esa o‘qishdagi sustlik va ijtimoiy ajralish bilan salbiy korrelyatsiyaga ega (r = -0.62, p < 0.01). Olingan ma’lumotlar talabalarda mustaqillik, mahorat va hamkorlik ehtiyojlarini qondirish motivatsiyani shakllantirishning asosiy psixologik mexanizmi ekanini tasdiqlaydi.
