Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada o‘quv jarayonidagi bosim, yuqori talablar va imtihon stressining o‘quvchilar hamda talabalar ruhiy salomatligiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda ta’lim tizimining raqobatbardosh tus olishi, ota-onalar, o‘qituvchilar va jamiyatning yuqori kutishlari yoshlar orasida stress, tashvish va depressiv holatlarning ko‘payishiga olib kelmoqda. Maqolada o‘quv bosimining fiziologik va psixologik mexanizmlari, stress gormonlarining miya faoliyatiga ta’siri, imtihon davrida kuzatiladigan emotsional zo‘riqish va uning kognitiv funksiyalarga ta’siri ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Shuningdek, stressni boshqarish, dam olish texnikalari, o‘qituvchilar va ota-onalar tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash strategiyalari, psixoprofilaktika dasturlari orqali o‘quvchilar ruhiy salomatligini saqlash yo‘llari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim tizimida psixologik farovonlikni ta’minlash, sog‘lom raqobat muhitini yaratish va o‘quvchi shaxsiga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvni kuchaytirish zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.
